Newport Meeting Center guarantees the privacy of all site-users and handles the personal details provided by the user with confidentiality. We will only use the user information to efficiently facilitate bookings. Otherwise we will only use the details with the permission of the user. Newport Meeting Center will not sell personal details to third parties and will only offer information to third parties involved with the facilitation of the booking.

When the user makes a booking or requests a quote, we will need the company details (company name, VAT registration number, contact person and e-mail address) and address to make the booking and send a confirmation to the user. In order to run the booking process as smoothly as possible, we retain with permission the personal details of the user and the information regarding the booking, in order to personalise the website. We can utilise the user’s e-mail address to keep them informed about the Newport Meeting Centre via our newsletter. Should the user prefer, they can unsubscribe via the Unsubscribe button in the newsletter.
